By emphasizing the dental health of disadvantaged children, on Sept 5, 2019, in the jubilant atmosphere of the new school year, Ho Chi Minh City Child Welfare Association (HCWA), under the approval of different competent authorities and fervent support of People’s Committee of District 7 & Bureau of Labor-Invalids and Social Affairs of District 7, was in cooperation with Children of Peace International organizing activities of general health care and dental health care for a total of 250 children in special circumstances from the shelters/projects of HCWA and Anh Linh Charity School in District 7.
In addition to dental health care, the doctors guided the children on how to keep oral hygiene & good teeth, brush teeth and wash hands properly.
Each child participant in the event was given a toothbrush, toothpaste, face towel, soap and a toy of his/her choice.
